Commerce Launch Guard AI 提供公开健康扫描、经验证的深度合成监控、证据报告和故障告警。检测结果是特定时间的技术观察，不构成法律、安全、可用性或收入保证。
Commerce Launch Guard AI provides public health scans, verified synthetic monitoring, evidence reports, and failure alerts. Results are point-in-time technical observations, not legal, security, availability, or revenue guarantees.
授权与可接受使用Authorization and acceptable use
用户必须有权扫描所提交的目标，并遵守扫描范围、频率、机器人规则和适用法律。禁止测试非授权目标、规避安全限制、提取个人资料、制造真实订单、干扰服务或利用系统访问私网及云元数据。
Users must be authorized to scan submitted targets and comply with scope, frequency, robots rules, and applicable law. Testing unauthorized targets, bypassing controls, extracting personal data, creating real orders, disrupting services, or using the system to reach private networks or cloud metadata is prohibited.
账户、账单与停用Accounts, billing, and suspension
用户负责保护设备、会话和双重验证恢复码。生产收费目前关闭；正式价格、税务、退款、续费和取消条款须在支付账户及法律文本获批后生效。对滥用、安全风险或违法行为，服务可限制扫描或停用账户。
Users are responsible for devices, sessions, and MFA recovery codes. Production charging is currently disabled; final pricing, tax, refund, renewal, and cancellation terms take effect only after payment and legal approval. Scanning or accounts may be restricted for abuse, security risk, or unlawful conduct.
责任边界、适用法律与通知Liability, governing law, and notices

Users must independently validate alerts and decide remediation or launch actions. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is not guaranteed to be uninterrupted, error-free, or to detect every issue; mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
